I am a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Oncology massage therapist, Reiki Master.

I am passionate about supporting others in dealing with stress, trauma, grief, life circumstances, self care. I hold space for you and listen with intention to provide an empathetic approach in supporting you with what you are enduring. I meet you where you are in your healing and journey.

As a survivor of childhood Leukemia and supporting loved ones through cancer, I was drawn to support others going through similar circumstances. I pursued education and training in Disabilities Studies and have a Bachelor of Applied Child Studies Degree. For several years I worked with medical and therapy teams supporting children, adolescence and adults with various conditions and disabilities including Autism and ADHD. I have witnessed the toll that the circumstances took on parents, caregivers, siblings, family members and friends.

I offer Relaxion, Therapeutic, Kinetic, prenatal/postnatal massage. As well as cupping, Reki and Cranial Sacral Therapy.
